General Terms and Conditions Location

The lease is stipulated between Lanzaroteando – calle Laguna 20 – 35508 Costa Teguise, Las Palmas and the customer.

Booking

Booking requests can be made by e-mail or by phone. For reservations with 5 months or more in advance, a 30% deposit is due upon booking and the balance must be paid upon arrival. Reservation confirmation Lanzaroteando sends the applicant a booking form via e-mail or fax to confirm the availability of the apartment. The customer must complete it and send it back via e-mail or fax within 24 hours from the confirmation of availability. If Lanzaroteando does not receive the booking confirmation within 24 hours, the option is canceled.

Rates

All prices shown are VAT included. The cost of final cleaning, mandatory, is separate

Arrival and Departure times

Lanzaroteando offers check-in from 4pm on the day of arrival. Check-out takes place before 11:00 on the day of departure.

Reception and traveller registration

Upon arrival at the accommodation the customer is required to present an identity document to the Property or its representative, for the registration of presences as required by law. The customer undertakes to follow the instructions received during check-in. Security Deposit Although a security deposit is not required upon arrival, any damage to the apartment, furnishings, equipment or building, caused by the client during the stay, must be reimbursed. visitors The number of people admitted to the rented apartment must not exceed the maximum number of persons booked. The subletting of the rented apartment is not permitted. In case the customer does not respect any of the points contained in this section, Lanzaroteando will ask the client to leave the apartment immediately. It is not allowed to bring into the apartment people whose passport or valid identification document has not been registered or without the consent of the owner of the apartment. Lanzaroteando is not responsible for the loss of cash, documents, valuables left in the apartment.

Cleaning and Maintenance

The accommodations are delivered clean and in perfect order.

Additional Cleaning

Additional cleaning service can be made and paid separately, provided the request is made in advance to allow the organization.

Behavior

The person who signs the reservation is responsible for the correct and decorous behavior of all the guests who will use the apartment. In case one or more guests behave in an unacceptable manner, Lanzaroteando will ask to immediately leave the rented apartment.

Responsibility

Each accommodation has been visited and checked by the Property. The descriptions contained in the web pages are correct and written in good faith. In case of problems, the customer is asked to immediately contact the property or his representative. The customer undertakes to grant the property the time necessary to solve any problem.

General notes

The knowledge of the General Conditions entails their acceptance without reservations or exceptions. If some conditions of this contract were or will become invalid or if a breach occurs in this contract, the validity of the remaining conditions can not be called into question.

Lanzaroteando Holidays allows owners to visualise our cancellation policy that we enforce to protect both, owners and renters.

•Reservation deposit (30% – 50% of full amount) is required for reservations made more than 30 days in advance.

•Reservation deposit for reservations less than 400,00€: the full amount will be requested.

•A 48-hour grace period after booking is guaranteed.

•If the renter cancelled during this grace period, a full refund will be issued to him and the owner won’t receive the payment.

•If the renter has paid in full or a deposit and the reservation is cancelled more than 60 days prior to booking start date, the total amount will be refunded.

•If a full payed reservation will be cancelled less than 60 days and more than 45 days prior to booking start date, a partial refund of 50% of the full rental amount (minus fees) will be refunded. If it will be cancelled between the 45th and the 30th day before the arrival a partial refund of 30% of the full rental amount (minus fees) will be refunded. If it will be cancelled less than 30 days prior to booking start date, no refund will be required.

•If a reservation with deposit will be cancelled less than 60 days and more than 45 days prior to booking start date, a partial refund of 50% of the deposit (minus fees) will be refunded. If it will be cancelled between the 45th and the 30th or less than 30 days prior to booking start date, no refund will be required.

• Any attempt to cancel a trip without involving Lanzaroteando Holidays won’t be treated as a cancellation. Lanzaroteando Holidays reserves the right to have sole and absolute discretion in all cancellation amounts and disputes.
