Rule Villa Filippa.

One time a week the swimming pool maintenance service will come to the villa for checking the swimming pool. They have their own gate’s key so they are independents.

Swimming pool Rules: The following Rules and Regulations are for the benefit of all our loyal guests to insure safe and sanitary operation of the pool facility at Villa Filippa.

It is severely forbidden skinny dipping or be naked in the outside area. Having a party is not permitted in or outside the Villa.

Under instruction by the public health department, people with the following are not allowed to use the pool: Filamentous fungus, pyogenic bacteria, skin diseases and other infectious diseases. Persons with high fever, conjunctivitis(pinkeye), laryngitis. Persons in bandages or excessive taping.

Children below 12 must be accompanied at all times by a person over 18. Please be informed that every child will be counted and charged accordingly regardless of usage of the swimming pool or not. Parents have a specific responsibility for the safety of their own children. Any injuries on the premises will be provided first-aid treatment. However, please acknowledge that the management of Villa Filippa will not be responsible for further treatment of guests who swim at their own risk (the management of Villa Filippa is not responsible for any injuries or accidents incurred by anyone while using the Villa facilities).

Before going into the pool, please remember to do warm-up exercises for your own safety. We also ask all our guests to take a shower before using the swimming pool for our sanitary operation.

For maximum hygiene, it is mandatory use the cap for entry into the pool.

No food and drink to be consumed on poolside. Glass bottles are strictly prohibited on poolside.

Bathing is not permitted in bad atmospheric conditions, rain, wind, lightning and water temperature below 18 degrees Celsius.

Any dangerous and violent actions (diving, submerging someone, throwing things or persons and other dangerous activities) is not permitted.

Please refrain from wearing any shoes on the swimming premises.

Glasses, sun glasses, accessories are not allowed to be worn inside the swimming pool for safety reasons.

Please be informed that the pool might be temporarily closed due to weather conditions.

The use of all electronic devices, including mobile phones & cameras is strictly prohibited for guests.

Smoking into the pool is severely forbidden.

With reference to issues not in the aforementioned, our staff may make requests when necessary.

Guests who refuse to follow these rules will be turned away from the villa without a refund.

The management and the staff of our company in charge do not respond in any way to any accidents, injuries, or anything that may happen to swimmers for their behaviors attributable to them, especially if in violation of this regulation. In the swimming pool area there is a big beach umbrella.

Please, it has to be closed every time you are not at home, because Lanzarote is windy and it could be dangerous for other people and the other properties. If the beach umbrella will be broken for negligence of the client the full amount of it and of the damages will be charged.

Dear guest! We will be grateful to any recommendations to the rules and we will try to take all your wishes into account.

The comfort and well being of our guests and the respect of our neighbors are our first priority. As such, we enforce a NO SMOKING, NO NOISE/PARTY POLICY.

No parties are allowed in the Villa at any time. While we attempt to give at least one warning, we reserve the right to take other measures in order to ensure the comfort and enjoyment of neighbors. Pool parties are not permitted at any time.

All money, deposits, and rents will be forfeited in the event of an eviction.

As a registered guest, you assume complete responsibility for any and all damagesncaused by your group.

We inform that the pool is always cleaned the day before the check. Unfortunately all the Canary Islands occasionally suffer from Calimas, most often in the winter months. The calima is a hot and oppresive wind and occurs when there is high pressure over The Sahara, which in turn drives a southerly wind towards Lanzarote, bringing Saharan temperatures and sand with it . You may find sand on the bottom of the pool or leaves that have flown. The screen will be available. Just for let you know the swimmingpool is checked and cleaned. Thank you

For more than 4 guests 10€ more for cleaning fees. For more than 5 guests 20€ more for cleaning fees. The clients have to leave it on the table in the living area.
