Casa Verde is a charming one-bedroom apartment, completely renovated in the Residencial Alegranza. Located on the first floor, it is decorated with relaxing colors, is very bright and decorated with unique details. It consists of a living/dining room with a high bar, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom with a shower.

Casa Verde has capacity for 2 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, 2 ceiling fans, television with IPTV service (all the English and European channels) and washing machine. Towels, including beach towels, bed linen and kitchenware are available to our guests free of charge. The Residencial Alegranza offers 2 swimming pools and a solarium area with sun loungers, ideal for relaxing.

It is located next to a small supermarket and in front of Lidl, just a 5-minute walk from the Biosfera shopping center and a few minutes walk from Playa Chica and Playa Grande. Around the complex there are bars, restaurants and the tennis courts of Puerto del Carmen. From the terrace you can enjoy wonderful views of the sea.

The apartment is located in Puerto del Carmen, one of the main tourist destinations on the island, with a long golden sand beach and a lively nightlife.
