Casa Ciara is a private duplex in the quiet residential complex Laura. On the ground floor it has a living room with internet, Tv with English&international channels, a well equipped kitchen, a double bedroom with two twin beds, bathroom with shower and a big terrace with direct access to the community swimming pool. On the first floor there is the master bedroom with a queen size bed, a complete ensuite bathroom with a big shower and a balcony with nice views towards the promenade.

Our beautiful house is oriented to the communal pool where there is also a large terrace and solarium.

Many restaurants, supermarkets, shops in the area, and just a few minutes drive from the popular Papagayo beaches. You can drive to Lanzarote airport in 40 minutes.

Bed linen, towels and beach towels are provided free of charge. We provide basic soaps, shower gel and a toilet paper roll for the first needs with cleaning products and dish soap.

A security deposit of 250€ is required for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection.

For groups or large families Casa Ciara is right next to our Mardelana and it is possible to rent both properties.
