Come ad ottobre 2024, ad aprile sono tornata a Lanzarote e ho nuovamente soggiornato al Casa Patty Vivienda Vacacional. Ho trovato l'appartamento pulitissimo, in ordine, con qualche novità estetica e soprattutto tutto l'occorrente per trascorrere una vacanza comoda e piacevole: kit per il bagno e per la cucina, letti pronti, set di asciugamani, macchina per espresso, frigo acceso con service di acqua... Lo consiglierei a chiunque, rispettando la cura con cui viene affidato all'ospite. Bravi! Come sempre! Paola Pierobon

Très bonne expérience dans cet Airbnb ! Tout était parfait, nous avions tout ce dont nous avions besoin (serviettes, torchons, etc.). Le logement est idéalement situé, à environ 10 minutes à pied du centre-ville et proche de la plage. La résidence dispose également d’un parking sécurisé, ce qui est un vrai plus. À noter qu’il y a un peu de passage devant le balcon, en raison des portes d’entrée et de sortie de la résidence, mais cela ne nous a pas dérangés. Nous recommandons ce logement !

Nous avons séjourné 1 semaine dans un de leurs logements dans la résidence teguisol, rien à dire bien placé pour explorer l’île , l’appartement est propre , moderne on si s’en comme à la maison de plus la communication avec l’hôte est très efficace je recommande cette agence !

Travelling as a family of three (2 adults and an 11 year old) Buenavida turned out to be the perfect apartment for us, located right in the centre of Costa Teguise with a 90 sec walk to the beach and close to many restaurants/small supermarkets etc. The apartment was super clean with all the accessories you would expect in the kitchen area including Krups coffee machine using Dolce Gusto capsules, toaster, kettle etc. Really handy having the IPTV after a day at the beach/touring so you can relax before heading out to eat. Shower had good water pressure and there is plenty of storage in the bedrooms. A/C worked well. We did have a hire car and would recommend hiring a car to explore the island but also allows you to go to Lidl or one of the other big supermarkets for supplies.

La casa es increíble. Muy amplia y comoda. Al lado de todo pero apartado a la vez. La comunicación con las chicas muy buena. Estaba todo súper limpio y con todo lo que puedes necesitar. Repetiríamos 100%.

This was a fab apartment. Very spacious comfortable and modern. Amenities are beautiful with a great pool and very near to the beach and restsuraunts and shops yet very peaceful..The hists were very available re communication etc. we will definatley be back..

Really great apartment. Not one negative. We stayed for 4 nights. Lovely sun trap patio even in 50mph winds it was sheltered and still could sunbathe! All the amenties plus lots of extras. Perfect location right in the middle of all restaurants squares shops and beach. We will return next year as soon as we can book! 5plus stars ✨

Lived this accommodation, very central in puerto del carmen, just behind La Penita apartments and a very short walk from the Penita beach. Supermarket is just around the corner so great location. Hosts left us water, tea, coffee for our first day and there were suncream etc in cupid needed. Towels provided and beach ones...great touch. Pegs for hanging washing and with a great washing machine. Instructions to get into the property were spot on and messages to ask if all were good. Pool was right on our apartments doorstep and our own sunbeds if needed. Very quiet on a night time on a very nice street. Air Conditioning was amazing, which was needed due to heat. Key locks on the property if you need to leave the keys in case of loosing them. Only fault really was that there wasn't a safe on the property. Thank you, great hol
